He is a Computer Systems Analyst from Instituto Cooperativo de Enseñanza Superior -ICES- (Argentina). He is also a CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) Consultant and a CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) Auditor from the Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He has an extensive career in the financial private sector being an expert in computer systems audit according to COBIT methodology, business process reengineering, training courses for financial institutions, and internal and external audits. At present, he is a partner at Grant Thornton Argentina, member of Grant Thornton International, being in charge of the IT Advisory and Audit Department for Financial Entities and Businesses. He is part of audit committees in various financial entities, serving as internal auditor. Also, he advises financial institutions about restructuring process as an expert in systems management and organizational structure. Previously, he worked in management positions in provincial and cooperative banks. He has given courses and seminars on auditing in banks, universities and companies.

Since 2003 he is an associate professional of Fit & Proper.
