The course was directed by Fit & Proper and coordinated with the Chamber of Banks and Financial Institutions (CBF) of Costa Rica, and was based on the development of the contents for the implementation of Risk Based Auditing (RBA). In addition, theoretical and practical knowledge was provided on conceptual aspects, international standards, tools and best practices in RBA.

On October 31, 2016 Marcelo Zarate participated in the Seventh National Fair of Financial Education of Costa Rica, in representation of Fit & Proper. In his presentation he gave an overview of the different types of financial education initiatives driven by financial entities in the country and discussed the overall scene regarding such initiatives.

The workshop was led by Fit & Proper and coordinated with the Chamber of Banks and Financial Institutions (CBF) of Costa Rica. It was attended by directors and senior management responsible for the relevant areas to the topics addressed at the workshop.
