'Elaborating the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS)' Workshop

The workshop was led by Fit & Proper and coordinated with the Chamber of Banks and Financial Institutions (CBF) of Costa Rica. It was attended by directors and senior management responsible for the relevant areas to the topics addressed at the workshop.

Theoretical and practical knowledge were provided during the workshop, regarding the contents of a Risk Appetite Statement and its elaboration, approval, evaluation and audit. Various activities were also carried out for the development of a case study, which culminated in the development of the Risk Appetite Statement of a fictitious entity.
